Welcome back to Fitness!
Has anybody else noticed how crowded it is at the gym this week! I love January because it brings a renewed sense of awareness to many of us - especially in the area of fitness! In honor of this time of year, we thought it would be an appropriate time to do our mid-year fitness assessment. Each time we do any fitness testing with the students, we stress that each individual should only compare his or her own scores, with the goal of constant improvement. Unfortunately, the kids often see the events as a competition. We will continue to maintain our focus on individuality and self-improvement, and we hope you'll help us to convey this message as well!
